- This course requires access to the Internet from the instructor's and student's
machines.
- This courseware was designed to use Netscape Communicator 4.03 or higher,
but other browsers can be subsitituted.
- A shareware product, MapThis, is also required.

Course Overview
Learning HTML, Part 2 is a full-day hands-on class designed to teach students
who have HTML scripting experience some of the more technical aspects of using
HTML to create Web pages. Students learn how to create, format and incorporate
tables, interactive forms, and image maps in their Web pages. They will also
learn to implement animated GIFs, Java applets and a variety of multimedia content.
The class also includes instruction on conducting script validation and testing
in addition to an overview of web design considerations.
Who Should Attend This Course
This course is designed for students who have HTML scripting experience and
want to learn about the more technical aspects of using HTML to create Web pages.
Prerequisites
This course requires completion of Using the Internet & World Wide Web,
or The Internet with Internet Explorer 3.0, or equivalent knowledge and skills.
Prior experience with a graphical user interface such as Macintosh or Windows
is also required.
