Course Overview

In this course, you will begin by learning the difference between templates and Wizards, then use several of each type to create Web pages and sites quickly. You will also learn how to create your own templates. Before creating a HTML form with FrontPage, you will learn what a HTML form is and how forms get processed. You will post form data to several different formats and view the results. You will examine how to use frames with your Web pages. You will use the WYSIWYG frames editing to create your frames. You will also learn how to accommodate browsers that do not support frames. You will learn how to embed audio, video and animations into your Web pages. There, a few multimedia elements specific to the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser that will be examined. You will learn what is involved in publishing a Web. You will learn how to make your pages available on both local and remote Web servers.

This course is designed for those who have a basic knowledge of Web page creation using FrontPage 2002, but want to add more advanced features to their Web pages.

Completion of Designing Web Pages with FrontPage 2002, Part 1 or equivalent knowledge.
